A Neapolitan Pizzaiolo creating a dish inspired by the working people that is fit for a Queen. This requires the best ingredients, sourced, where possible, direct from Italy. Such as our Spicy sausage (known locally as Spianata Piccante); a fiery little number sourced from Calabria - the toe of the Italian peninsula - that is seasoned with chilli and black peppers. Or, all the way from Campania, our wood smoked Salami (Salame tipo Napoli), full of herbs and garlic.
Our dough, like our rich tomato sauce, is made onsite and then proved overnight. All of this is handled by our experienced pizza chefs and finished in our spectacular 6 foot hand built stone oven, capable of reaching 500c with the potential to deliver your pizza in 60 seconds flat!
