Surrey Quays has been named a WorldHost recognised shopping and leisure destination, a must-have in the world of customer service.
All members of the site cleaning, security and management teams were trained to precise WorldHost standards. To maintain customer service levels, our output is regularly assessed by mystery shoppers, and we often conduct customer surveys to ensure we’re continually progressing our services.
What’s more, we also operate a rewards initiative whereby anyone working at Surrey Quays who has garnered great feedback on their work is granted a Service Excellence Award. This can have come from customers, clients, staff or partners – we take great pride in our team and believe that recognising outstanding work creates a positive atmosphere for everyone who enjoys the centre.
