Yes. You must wear a face covering at all times, unless you are exempt for medical reasons. This is a legal requirement.
Our bars, cafes, pubs and restaurants are closed but some are offering a takeaway or delivery option, although this cannot be consumed on site. See our Now Open page for more information.
To make sure everyone can keep a two-metre distance while in our centre, we will be closely managing our visitor numbers. If we become particularly busy, we may ask you to queue considerately in a designated area outside, and we may also temporarily close our car parks.
Our car parks are open and accessible throughout the centre opening hours.We have 1,300 free* parking spaces available including disabled spaces and bays for parents with toddlers.

Motorbikes and motorcycles should park in normal parking bays.
Any vehicle on site over the 3 hour maximum stay period will be liable to a parking charge as displayed on the signage on site.

We are proud that our car park has been issued the Park Mark, an award given by the Police to car parks that have achieved the standards of the Safer Parking Scheme, designed to reduce crime in car parks.
If you are cycling to Surrey Quays there are bike racks available outside our two main entrances.
Toilet facilities can be found on the First Floor of Surrey Quays and open at 10am. At this time the Ground Floor toilets are currently closed for refurbishment, except for disabled users. For access to the ground floor disabled toilets, please speak to the Security Control room located next to the toilets. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding and patience at this time.
Our Quiet Room is temporarily unavailable. Should you require access please speak to our Security Team.
Baby changing facilities can be found on the First Floor of Surrey Quays. There is seating in the baby changing facilities for nursing. There are no bottle warming facilities at Surrey Quays.

You can catch overground trains from Dalston Junction and West Croydon directly to Surrey Quays station.
You can also take the Jubilee line to Canada Water station, which is situated on the edge of our car park. Journey times are 3 minutes from Canary Wharf, 10 minutes from Whitechapel and 15 minutes from Stratford.

Whilst there is no formal code of conduct we expect all visitors to behave in a manner that does not detract from the convenience and enjoyment of others who visit or work there. Surrey Quays is private property and British Land reserves the right to refuse admission or require persons to leave if necessary.
Surrey Quays has the following banks: Santander, HSBC and Halifax. Each one has a cash machine outside its location. There is also a cash machine outside Tesco.
Surrey Quays has two manual wheelchairs which can be loaned or hired. Simply head to the security control room and show id. No booking required!
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in Surrey Quays. However, guide dogs are more than welcome.
